The hotel has a heated outdoor swimming pool and a children`s pool, there are great views over the coastal strip of the Lido area as its on the 4th floor of the building. The indoor pool is located on the 1st floor Spa area.

Studios will have 2 or 3 beds plus a kitchenette

Building works adjacent to the hotel is on its final phase and due for completion by 18/08/08. Noise and visual disturbance may occur at certain times particularly around the pool and studio area.

The hotel has a restaurant serving buffet meals with an a la carte option. The pool bar, located on the 4th floor is ideal for drinks and sancks throughout the day. The hotel is just over a mile from the centre of Funchal and 150 metres from the Lido and seafront promenade. A shuttle service is available (with charge) from the hotel to the centre of town. There are 168 double rooms, 62 studios and 32 apartments. Next door to the hotel is a shopping centre with over 60 outlets.
